Phil Paule is Vice-President of the Board of Directors of the Eastern Municipal Water District in Riverside County. He was elected in 2006 and re-elected in 2010.
For the past 8 years Paule has served as the District Director for Congressman Darrell Issa. Paule has been a long time Republican Party activist and member of both the Riverside and California Republican Party.
He is a co-owner, with his wife Julie, of a public affairs and political fund raising firm. His campaign for Assembly is being co-chaired by Congressman Issa and former State Senator Ray Haynes, who represented the Southwest Riverside County area for many years in the Legislature.
Paule's main focus in the Legislature will be restoring California's business climate, building much needed water and transportation infrastructure, and reforming the education system.
Phil and his wife Julie reside in French Valley with their two sons and two dogs.
